What do I need in order to be a client?

You will need to have a phone, computer and internet service. We will send you emails that contain important documents such as labs and protocols. Consultations will be on the phone or video calls. We use a virtual, tele-health platform such as Zoom for lab result consultations. You will also need a quite place to have a sit down, one to one meeting with your practitioner in order for you to get the most out of your sessions. We accept clients that have the determination and motivation to get healthy naturally. They need to be ready to do a health rebuilding program, follow a protocol that consist of proper diet for their metabolic type, get proper rest and exercise, reduce stress and supplementation needed to nourish your body. Taking time for self care, learn new skills from our practitioners, and to budget for natural health care is important for successful health outcomes.

Disease runs in my family. I don't feel sick but I would like to still get labs done and prevent from getting a disease. Can I be a client?

Yes, we are delighted to have clients that want to be proactive in their health. An ounce of prevention is better then a pound of the cure. We will customize a preventative program that is specifically best for your situation.

What can I expect from the complementary call?

First step is to make sure that we are the right fit for you. We will ask you questions to make sure that we can help you. Then, we are happy to answer any questions you might have. If its a win-win, and you want to work with us, you will be able to enroll and get started. Expect this call to be about 30 minute. Come prepared to discuss your main health problems you want to get healed.

Once I decide to enroll, what is the next step?

After payment, you will be invited to our patient portal management site. You will need to sign the terms of service agreement, fill out questionnaires such as medical history form and lifestyle assessment. Once you complete your intake forms, you may schedule your first 60 minute consultation with your practitioner. In your first consultation we will take the time to get to know you. Then, introduce holistic wellness principles that will giving you helpful things to start implementing right away while we wait for labs to arrive. Once all your lab screening kits come, we will guide you through the process of sample collections and mailing them off to the laboratories. Once lab results are in, we will design an exclusive personal protocol for you that will be the keys to healing. Working together, keeps you on the road to success in achieving your health goals.

What is Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®

A robust certification program for health practitioners. We are health detectives, trained to find as many healing opportunities as possible in the body using functional lab screenings and thorough assessment questionnaires. Then we coach clients on all of their healing opportunities using a customize wellness protocol.

Does All Saints Functional Health accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. Insurance companies often restrict the quality of care by enforcing high patient volume and brief appointments. At All Saints Functional Health we break away from this model and offer complete consultations. This allows us to address all your health needs thoroughly without the constraints of insurance protocols. This allows us to prioritize your best interest rather than insurance mandates. The freedom from insurance allows us to freely focus on your health goals and outcomes.

Are you medical doctors?

No, We are not medical doctors. We are certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioners. We may partner with modalities such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturist, Naturopath Doctors, Herbalist, IV clinics, to offer our clients the best of care possible. We do not diagnose or treat disease the way medical doctors do. However, we are able to collaborate with medical doctors who truly care about their patients goals of healing naturally. We believe that conventional medicine shines best in an emergency situation to stabilize patients. Conventional medicine is a different scope of practice then ours. For FDN practitioners, we bridge the gap to restored health by helping clients heal to the highest extent their body will obtain.

I've tried different types of holistic practitioners before. What makes you different?

Many of our clients have gone to other practitioners and health coaches before coming to us too. They describe their experience as good and helpful but things didn't get resolved. Some say it was still caught in the cycle of trail and error even with using a lab or two. Our coaches are certified FDN-P who Have Special lab training and clinical skills that sets us apart from others that may still be using a lab but not understanding the dynamics of synergistic ability with an array of metabolic markers. For us, Using labs to connect All your dots for a full body investigation is critical because we know that symptoms can be far removed from the underline causes of your real health problem.

How do I access the patient portal?

Can I be seen Virtually or do I have to come in?

We are able to see clients all around the world using virtual sites online. We are open to new sites but currently we are using zoom, skype, telegram and slack.

What do you use for payment? Do you have a payment plan option?

We offer payment plans through the Advanced care card for long term needs. Or, we can help break payments into 3 easy sets of payments without interest if you are approved. We have set up Stripe and Zelle accounts for payment.
