For Adults
A 30 day coaching plan to jump start your health! Includes a series of one on one coaching sessions with your Practitioner.
We will start the process that discovers what is causing your frustrating health problems and what to do about it.
In this Jump Start Program, we will go over Medical History, lifestyle assessments and Symptom Analysis from a Functional Medicine Perspective. You will get a personalized non diagnostic protocol and lab recommendations for deeper investigation.
This program is great for adult individuals that are not able to do functional lab screenings at this time but still want to get started on a health rebuilding program. Your coaching sessions will be over video calls online. Schedule a complementary call to learn more!
Comprehensive Health Program.
Customized For Adult Individuals, Parents, Teens & Children.
Includes everything in the Jump Start program plus Lab Tests & extended Coaching: A series of one on one coaching sessions with your practitioner for 90 days.
Go beyond self-help by working together with a FDN practitioner who will order lab screenings you need on your behave. Then, she'll give you a customized protocol for your bio-individual unique self.
You'll be empowered to correct imbalances that are holding you back from feeling your best. The Comprehensive plan will reveal your healing opportunities, uncover hidden stressors in your Hormones, immune system, digestion, detoxification, energy production, nervous system and oxidative stress.
We will Identify the underlining causes of your illness and provide a plan to help you get your health back so you can enjoy life again.
One on one coaching is the game changer when it comes to working towards success. We are here to help you every step of the way.

Jump Start to health program (30 days)
2 Connecting consultations (60 minutes each)
We want to take the time to get to know you and fully understand what is going on so we can make proper recommendations for you. We will give the results of your assessments and design a personalized protocol based from your answers. You may choose to schedule your 2 consultations back to back or few days apart. Its important to me that you get all your questions answered and are motivated to take your health journey to a powerful healing level. We are here to help you every step of the way!
2 Progress Consultations- (30 minutes.)
You'll get to check in with your mentor. She will be of service to you, ask more questions, share your struggles and utilize her ability to problem solve and course correct if needed. She will be a great source of support and encouragement.
S.O.S calls (15 minute) - If you have a question or concern that comes up through the week and it can't wait til our weakly regular progress call. No Problem, Schedule an SOS call!
Text support - Have a fast question. If we can give you a fast answer we will! You'll hear back from us within 24 hours. If its not so fast of a question, that's okay. The SOS calls are designed for little more detailed questions and answers. You may also choose to email us as well.
1 Lab screening Recommendation Consultation 30mns- Don't waste money on labs that don't help you attain your health goals. Here we narrow down what labs we truly need to give us real answers to underlining causes of your health condition. You'll be given next step recommendations so you can achieve your health goals with confidence.
This is a lot to fit in one month but it shows you how serious we are to help you start feeling your best. It's okay if you don't get to use all of the offered consultations. Its there if you need it. If you want to enroll right into the next program "Comprehensive", you'll be able to carry over any unused consultations.

Comprehensive Health Program (90 days)
2 Connecting Consultations (60 minutes each.)
We take the time to get to know you and your health problems and goals. To help get you started on some relief care, we'll give results of your questionnaire assessments and design a personalized protocol that will help get you started until lab results come in. This maybe broken into 2 sessions so we can have the time together and not be rushed. Its important to us that you have things you can implement to improve your health while waiting on labs. We want to empower you to start your health journey right away.
5 Functional Labs Included
The labs we use are not your standard labs. The 5 functional labs we use are unique to finding your Hidden stressors causing your health problems, stopping the cycle of trial and error. The lab kits will be dropped shipped to your home. We will walk you through how to collect samples. Then samples get mailed back to the labs with a pre-paid label. Testing and not guessing saves time and money and helps you feel better faster!
2 Results and Recommendations Consultations (60 minutes each)
Test results are in! These sessions are very exciting as it reveals answers you've been waiting for! Your practitioner will put on her detective's hat and use her special talents to find your healing opportunities. She will make an upgraded customized protocol, that lightens the path to healing. You will have the keys to be able to obtain the healthiest you have been in a long time.
6 Progress Consultations (30 minute)
Every week, you'll get to check in with your practitioner. She will be of service to you, ask more questions, share your struggles and utilize her ability to problem solve and course correct if needed. She will be a great source of support and encouragement. Plus, we get to track your results!

Qualify for VIP Membership
1 year of having your practitioner available when you need her. This allows for your account in our patient portal to remain open so you can have access to us anytime. A great idea for future retesting and for any unexpected new issues that may arise. After you have completed the Comprehensive or Total Transformation program, you are eligible to enroll in the VIP Membership Program.
